All pricing is always up front with no hidden fees.
Price includes cost of taxes, materials, assistant fees, & travel within Tulsa or OKC metros.
A travel fee of $0.625/mile x 2 will be applied for events more than 25 miles outside of Tulsa/OKC.
If your event has large set up requirements that will be the responsibility of your Coordinator or a tight time constraint, I may advise an additional assistant be added to your package. The price of the additional assistant will not exceed the cost of hiring an additional assistant.
Day of Coordination Package

This package includes everything you need to ensure all of the planning you have already done, comes together seamlessly on wedding day.

Up to 10 hours of day of coordination time
1 orientation meeting
1 coordination meeting
1 planning tool license
Month of vendor confirmations
Day of materials and timeline
Additional day of assistant (as needed)

End of Night Coordination
After a long day of celebrating, the end of the evening can sometimes turn chaotic without someone there is organize tear down & clean up before its time to be out of the venue.
Avoid stress and additional fees from your venue by adding on this package to your Day of Coordination!
This package includes:
Up to 5 hours of additional coordination time
Coordination of send off
Coordination of personal item tear down
Coordination of clean up
Point of contact for rental pick up
Collection & distribution of send home items
